To get started, we’ll need:
Access to your financial systems
A clear separation between business and personal expenses
A designated point of contact for financial approvals and questions
We currently serve U.S. and Canadian-based businesses and entities with foreign subsidiaries, offering consolidated reporting.
We assess your business needs monthly, averaging your prior three months of expenses and transactions. If your financial activity changes, your pricing adjusts to reflect it.
Monthly expenses include all funds your business spends, such as payroll, cost of goods sold, and distributions.
Pricing adjusts quarterly based on your average monthly expenses over the past 3 months. This way, you only pay for what you need.
You can cancel anytime. Your subscription stays active through the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will apply after that. For annual plans, just let us know at least 30 days before renewal to avoid being charged for the next year. Prepaid fees are non-refundable.
Prepaying covers your current needs, but if your financial activity grows beyond that, we’ll bill any difference to ensure you’re fully supported.
Yes. There's a one-time onboarding fee—typically equal to one month of bookkeeping—which may apply. This covers setup and ensures your account is ready for a smooth start.
